You are the Linux (Ubuntu) Administrator for company ABC.

You have been tasked by your manager to create a backup script that will backup all of the subdirectories of the /home directory to an offsite storage server (172.25.17.10). You must use rsync.

You must ensure that not only that the files have been backed up to the remote server but also that they have been compressed and archived using Tar. You must also ensure that an email is generated to you at the end of the backup that will notify you if the backup was successful or not.
