Raw materials - The goal of the company is to find other companies like Blinds Chalet who have partnered with several great window covering manufactures in the United States of America. Each blind or shade is custom built by Americans with the following classifications.

Custom blinds that are made in US using less than 90% of the manufacturing cost within the United States with over 50% of the cost of parts and materials of US origin.

I am aware that somethings are manufactured and shipped in and out of China, the plan is to have as much manufactured in the USA as possible.

Shutters have ample climate-control capabilities, they're a great solution for making older window more energy efficient. Their solid, rigid material closes tightly for fewer gaps, keeping your heat in or blocking out sweltering UV rays as needed. My thought on the housing market would be, as a threat then there would be less homes going up, and when someone is constructing a new home, they want to add their touches here and there in the plans. Then their reconstructions, DIY projects for homes when the market is rough, people do more.

Housing construction- While people are taking on more and more DIY jobs, not all end up being a success. It would seem that 37% of homeowners give up on their DIY home projects halfway through because they found it too overwhelming (3). This is my category; I will always try which means I will spend money to do it myself then spend more to have it done correctly. So, I believe that construction would include DIY projects such as art on window blinds and shades.

Downside of the housing prices, one would be when they go to purchase their new home, they may not have gotten what their asking price was which means less on specialty items on their new home. I know since we have sold one house and bought one and now getting ready to sell another in the past 7 years, that it is possible to get less so that could mean spending less on extras.
