In your unit paper for this week, you are concentrating on looking at creating a core and tailored marketing strategy for the customers of your bike products in your simulation company. One of the four principles of Conscious Capitalism is Stakeholder Orientation. Maldonado (2015) tells us that "In contrast to organizations that operate solely to maximize a return on investment for their shareholders, conscious businesses focus on their whole business ecosystem" (p. 4). To achieve a high degree of competence with Stakeholder Orientation, your marketing messages should be applicable to all stakeholders.
