First of all, please reserve the course for us on that day. We agreed on a fee of $10,000, which you said includes greens fees, range balls, and golf carts for 90 golfers. We will need you to set up two refreshment carts, markers for two longest drives and two closest-to-the-pin holes, with a $250 gift certificate for each winner. We will spend $2,000 in your pro shop to purchase approximately 50 door prizes. After the golf concludes at approximately 2:00, we'll need you to arrange for tables and chairs under the club pavilion for the lunch being catered by an outside vendor. Lastly, don't forget the practice session that we want to go from 8 to 9; you'll have your golf pro there to provide lessons.
