The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the work environment, with some changes still relevant although restrictions have been largely lifted in all US states and internationally. Please research relevant legislation and caselaw and answer the following questions, including citations of commentaries, legislation and cases you refer to in your paper:

1. How has vulnerability to COVID-19 impacted the implementation of the American with Disabilities Act and/or of other legislation protecting workers from discrimination?

2. In many industries and companies, the possibility has remained to work in remote much more than it was the practice before 2020. Do workers have a right to work in remote or is this something entirely left to the discretion of employers?

3. Can employers or governments require employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19?

4. Do you think there will be long term changes in the legal and organizational work environment or will everything go back to the pre-pandemic environment?
