Step 1: Scenario: You are the head of human resources for your company. Your company has just changed health care providers for their employees. You must construct a letter informing employees that your company will be having an open enrollment to select coverage for medical and dental insurance. Employees must make their selection by October 31, 2015 or they will not have medical benefits for the following year. This change effects ALL employees. You may include any other information that may enhance your communication (e.g. health plan choices, phone numbers, etc.)
Step 2: Prepare your letter to the company informing them of the change. Be sure to include all critical information and a point of contact for any questions.
Your letter should be no longer than 1 page in length and must be formatted properly to include a proper greeting/salutation etc.
