The major assignment for this course is an analysis of an organization and a leader. You will study and report on the organization's structure, processes, and nurse leaders. To get a glimpse of the roles and responsibilities of a nurse leader, you will interview or shadow a BSN nurse leader at least two levels above your current position (this is preferred but not required) in an organization and request opportunities to observe and/or discuss some of the tasks the nurse leader directs.
