Memo question: The company is looking into its medical products and are looking to invest in a given country. To what extent do you think that multilateral efforts (e.g., TRIPS, WIPO, etc.) are effective in protecting our intellectual properties? What are the best ways to protect our intellectual assets?

We were asked to present a discussion facilitation on this topic, which is basically a type of presentation where we encourage other students in the tutorial to join in on a discussion. Although, we aren't quite sure how to facilitate this topic. Usually for a discussion facilitation, other groups invoke debates as their topics have a side A or B, or split the class into groups and ask several questions to answer but for our question it is quite hard and I feel it is too direct of a question. Do you have any possible ideas for a discussion facilitation where we could involve other members of the tutorial to join in on our topic?
