The Williams family bought a home next to a Country Club golf course. The location of the ninth green is such that errant golf balls occasionally intrude onto their property. The Williams erected a fence, but the balls sail over it. The family's complaints to the Country Club have not abated the problem. The Williams seek an injunction against the club to require relocation of the ninth green. Under the rule of law from Muehlman v.
