Could you please help me with this assessment? Here is the requirements of the assessment:
You will select and observe leader(s) in your organization. The selected leader(s) does not have to be in a formal position of authority. Please retain notes of your observations to compile and present the following reports. Applicable approaches to leadership should be identified, along with your own reactions. This should lead you to submit a paper.
The essay should be one thousand words (excluding references or appendices), and address:
- what I observed;
- how I reacted;
- what I did and
- how I understand it all versus the approaches to leadership we have been studying, including relevant theories/models and;
- what recommendations do I have for the leader and the organisation?
All essays should maintain individual anonymity of the leader being observed. It is strongly recommended that as various leadership approaches are considered in class, you need to develop a list of the behaviors/factors to be observed with a brief definition and a space to record notes about the observation, your reaction and your response.
Please note that your papers should be written as an essay. Avoid use of bullet points. Please make sure to use the Harvard format for font, spacing, headings, references in text and the reference list. You must cite all references you use, both in the text and the reference list. You have to use at least 7 references.
