Who can answer this for me?

Google has a core philosophy, "To be the happiest, most productive workplace in the world" (Martin, 2014). They accomplish this philosophy by giving their employees projects that inspire their own interests and the autonomy to simply have fun.

Based upon Google's approach and the information in the textbook on leadership, if you give employees the necessary tools to properly perform their jobs, they will be key contributors to the organization's overall success. (Chapter 1, 3.1, Leadership)
