Daniel got a loan from Sally Auto Sales to buy a car. When Daniel does not pay the loan or return the car, Sally Auto Sales wants to transfers the right to the payment to Ground Collection Agency. Ground agrees to pay Sally for this right, but for a price that is less than the amount owed. Can Sally transfer this right to Ground without Daniel's consent? If so, and Sally committed fraud in the deal with Daniel, could Daniel legiti­mately refuse to pay Ground?
