1. Assume Chris decided she could use twenty-five cans of the white balls. Could Chris accept twenty-five cans and reject the rest?

2. Suppose Anne delivered white tennis balls because a fire at her warehouse destroyed her entire stock of yellow balls. Does the fire discharge Anne’s contractual duties?
