An industrial spill released, among things, benzene and arsenic into soil and groundwater. Soil pH has been measured in the spill area at 6.5 to 7.0. Ground water pH is 7.5, and Eh is -100 millivolts. Propose a plan for cleaning benzene and arsenic from both soil and ground water, and you can use several techniques. Your cleanup plan should include any phase (dissolved or vapor) that benzene might occur in. You can consult the Benzene fact sheet posted on Canvas to help develop your remediation plan.
