The most common expression of ageism I think in society today is that of being labeled as slow movers because, of visible signs of decreased youth. Along with the desire for cosmetic surgery it seems that people in their late fifty's are titled as "good plastic surgery candidates" in effort to possible secure their jobs. Maybe it's just the area for me because, visible ageism expressions that I noticed is welcomed by some members of the older community many people are looking and feeling better about themselves in there fifty's and older than when they were in there youth, I notice more women in there fifty's and older looking better than women in there twenty's.
What do you think is the most common expression of ageism?
