Project Overview
This workplace project assessment requires you to establish, monitor and evaluate corporate social responsibility for two areas or opportunities in your workplace.
This assessment is divided into five tasks:
• Task 1: Prepare Corporate Social Responsibility Context Report
• Task 2: Develop Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility Objectives and Policy
• Task 3: Establish Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
• Task 4: Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility Practices
• Task 5: Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation
This project requires you to complete the assessment tasks in a workplace or simulated environment where the conditions are typical of those in a working environment in this industry.

You are required to:
• Complete the tasks within the time allowed, as scheduled in-class roll.
• Analyse and document the existing situation with respect to corporate social responsibility in the workplace.
• Develop corporate social responsibility objectives and strategy, leading to the corporate social responsibility policy for the workplace.
• Monitor the implementation and progress of at least two corporate social responsibility practices using appropriate tracking systems.
• Review and evaluate the integration of corporate social responsibility with at least two areas/organisational policies, procedures or processes, with the relevant stakeholders, and recommend and recommend improvements to the corporate social responsibility policy.

Task 1: Prepare Corporate Social Responsibility Context Report
This task will require you to write a corporate social responsibility context report that you will use to develop a corporate social responsibility policy for your workplace/organisation.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the GenericCorporate Social Responsibility Context Report template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:
• Obtain information that you need to understand the existing corporate social responsibility context for your workplace and identify future opportunities for corporate social responsibility practices.
This will require you to access and research information relevant to corporate social responsibility, including:
o Existing organisational corporate social responsibility goals and objectives
o Federal and/or state/territory legislation, regulations, industry, or global standards, and
o Organisational policies and practices relating to corporate social responsibility
• Analyse the information gathered from your research to understand the context with respect to corporate social responsibility for your workplace, including:
o Qualifying and quantifying key drivers of corporate social responsibility
o Identifying the benefits of corporate social responsibility
o Identifying barriers to corporate social responsibility and possible resolution mechanisms for each identified barrier
• Identify at least two future opportunities for corporate social responsibility practices
• Identify at least three relevant stakeholders from the organisation to consult during the development, implementation, and monitoring process of the corporate social responsibility policy. At least two of the stakeholders identified must be within the organisation, and at least one of the stakeholders identified must be external to the organisation.
Relevant stakeholders can be individuals or groups who exert high influence and are likely to be impacted to a high degree by the corporate social responsibility policy you will develop in the next task. They must be involved throughout the development, implementation, and monitoring process of the corporate social responsibility policy.
• Write a corporate social responsibility context report for the workplace and future opportunities identified for corporate social responsibility practices

Task 2: Develop Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility Objectives and Policy
Your assessor will observe you as you engage with relevant corporate social responsibility stakeholders identified in the previous task, to develop the organisation's corporate social responsibility objectives and policy.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the GenericMeeting Minutes template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
You will be assessed on your practical skills to:
• Develop organisational corporate social responsibility objectives and policy using inclusive and collaborative techniques.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to integrate at least two corporate social responsibility practices into organisational systems, procedures, or processes.
This will require you to access at least two existing organisational systems, procedures, or processes for integrating corporate social responsibility practices as part of the next task. Consult with your workplace supervisor and your assessor first to assist you in identifying these systems, procedures, or processes.
• Discuss and confirm requirements of stakeholders for the corporate social responsibility objectives and policy, using specialised vocabulary and features appropriate to the context.
• Discuss with stakeholders and finalise change management provisions.

Task 3: Establish Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

This task will require you to write a corporate social responsibility policy document for your workplace/organisation.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the Generic Corporate Social Responsibility Policy template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:
• Review and analyse information obtained from:
o Your research and analyses in Workplace Project Task 1
o Consultation with relevant stakeholders in Workplace Project Task 2.
• Develop the corporate social responsibility policy according to your organisation's process for developing policies and procedures.
Organisation's process will include:
o Using your organisation's standard template and format, where possible
o Conducting consultations with relevant stakeholders at various stages of policy writing
o Tracking changes following insights from consultations
o Seeking approvals prior to finalising the policy document
Consult with your workplace supervisor and your assessor first to assist you in identifying these processes.
The corporate social responsibility policy you will develop must include the following:
o Draft corporate social responsibility strategy agreed with stakeholders, including:
• At least two areas or opportunities for corporate social responsibility
• Organisational corporate social responsibility objectives and policy
• Benchmarks or target performance indicators to monitor the success of corporate social responsibility objectives
o Statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements for corporate social responsibility
• Integrate the new corporate social responsibility policy into at least two relevant at least two organisational systems, at least two procedures, and at least two processes as identified during stakeholder consultation and negotiation in Workplace Project Task 2.

Task 4: Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility Practices
This task will require you to write a Corporate Social Responsibility Monitoring Report to determine outcomes of the implementation of the two corporate social responsibility practices for your workplace/organisation that were identified during a stakeholder consultation in Workplace Project Task 2 and integrated with the relevant organisational systems, procedures, or processes in Workplace Project Task 3.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the GenericCorporate Social Responsibility Monitoring Report template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:
• Before you begin this task, you must confirm with the key personnel who were assigned the responsibility of implementation of the two corporate social responsibility practices, whether the practices have been implemented.
Only when the practices have been implemented, you can proceed with monitoring the practices for this task
• Monitor the two corporate social responsibility practices identified during stakeholder consultation using existing monitoring systems at your workplace/organisation.
Consult with your workplace supervisor and your assessor first to assist you in identifying the two monitoring systems for each of the two corporate social responsibility practices.
Each monitoring system must show:
o Dates/timelines when the corporate social responsibility practice was monitored
o The actual outcomes of the implementation of corporate social responsibility practice.

• Write a CSR Monitoring Report to:
o Present the actual outcomes for each corporate social responsibility practice as measured on the identified benchmarks/performance indicators in the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
o Indicate contribution to overall corporate social responsibility objectives stated in the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
Indicate the status of compliance with organisational, statutory, and legal requirements identified in the Corporate Social Responsibility Context Report.

This task will require you to write a corporate social responsibility evaluation report that you will use to recommend at least two areas of improvements to organisational Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and practices.
Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the GenericCorporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Report template provided at the Bounce Fitness site.
To complete this task, you must:
• Review integration of corporate social responsibility policy with the two areas/organisational systems, procedures or processes done as part of Workplace Project Task 3, with relevant stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to organisational Corporate Social Responsibility policy and practices, to ensure compliance with organisation, statutory and legal requirements.
• Write a Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Report incorporating all the above, to suit the stakeholder audience and context.
