Corporate social responsibility and ethical leadership go beyond merely managing the mundane tasks of the company. As a holistic concept, corporate governance is concerned with how the company ensures that all of its policies and processes are ethically sound. For example, many companies employ an external auditor to review their financials and to provide advice on communicating sensitive information to the public. Thus I consider CSR and ethical leadership my strength because I always feel that as an individual I am liable or answerable to all my stakeholders i.e my family, my work place, my friends and it is every individuals responsibility to give back to the environment, to protect its stakeholders to make earth a better place for living. Thus this inherent character of human personality should also become the strength of my organization where I will ensure that in the process of growing my business I ensure that the environment and all stakeholders of my company’s best ineterst is guarded.
