Scenario question / Case analysis what can be draw after that what skills can be implemented to make this scenario resolved by negotiataion.
Jane has been working at the marketing firm called "Blue Sky" for 5 years as a consultant. Jane started off her time with Blue Sky in high spirits - being happy to come to work and stay late, got along very well with coworkers and even entered in a friend group with some of them and felt an overall sense of pride to be a part of the team. However, in the past couple of years Jane began growing tired of Blue Sky as she felt she was putting in a lot of her time and effort and not seeing much payoff despite working there for multiple years. Jane would still do her best at her job but stayed late less often and would be less proactive with her work and started drifting away from team members she used to be close with.
Six months ago, Blue Sky hired Corey as the branch's new general manager. Jane did not enjoy Corey's management style as much as previous managers and this caused her to become increasingly disgruntled. Two months ago, Corey began making sexual remarks and passes at Jane, which at first extended to a comment once a week which Jane would brush off or laugh at, but recently has escalated to physical harassment. Corey tried kissing Jane in the copier room to which she reacted to by smacking him across the face and yelling at him. The two then engaged in a heated argument and Jane quit on the spot.
