Students to write an article on any of the following:

a. Time Management
b. Positive Thinking
c. Anger Management
d. Dealing with loss, abuse and trauma
e. Dealing with grief and anxiety
f. Others related to managing stress and feeling

(e.g. of an article that can be written for the above is "The Impact of Time Management and Positive Thinking in Managing Stress")

The assessment will reveal the self-management skills of the student.

Instructions:

1. Students will submit a report for this assignment.

2. Read related literature on the chosen topic.

3. Write an article (word limit 1000 words) and submit through module in Week 13.

Structure of the article

Report Format

Cover page with name and id of student and session name Grammar and spelling

Consistency in font style and spacing Introduction, minimum 5 sentences

Discussion about the topic with focus on the following subtopics: Definition of terminologies (minimum 2)

Impact to student life (minimum 5 sentences/points discussion)

How to deal with, in a positive way, minimum 5 sentences/points discussion

(Note: Related literature should be cited, at least 3).

Inclusion of at least one related subtopic (minimum of 5 sentences discussion)

Conclusion, minimum of 5 sentences References (minimum of 5)

References should be in CU Harvard Style and should be in a separate sheet with heading
