Question:
A US MNE has offered a position to a young American who has just graduated from MTSU. The position is to work at the MNE's subsidiary in Japan (i.e., he/she is to become an expatriate in your country). Unfortunately, the young graduate, not wanting to leave the United States, has declined the offer. The MNE's CEO asks you to convince the young American to accept the position. What would you tell him/her?
