During my conversation with the patient, actively listened to the patient concerns, and needs, and give accurate information about the patient concerns. I also used open ended questions like "tell me about your headache". I also used clarifying technique to get more information from the patient. For example, I would say 'you said you had spent 1 hour to try to get a bowel movement yesterday". I also tried to offer myself to the patient for all her care needs and answering questions about her treatment plan.
