In conventional HRM we use tools of HRM in same way on every organization while in SHRM we use such tool and matrix which are important for organizational goal achievement. SHRM helps organization to maintain their identity at global level because its guide the employees what to do and when to do. In short strategic human resource managers are the player of chess and conventional human resource managers are the player of checkers because they are aware when to use which piece and how to use and they know that we cant use all the pieces in same manner and at different situations our strategies should be different. SHRl'vl helps us to use our human resource in effective marmer so we can achieve the organization goals.
