TASK "LATE ARRIVALS"

In a few minutes, your subordinate, whom you called because of her lateness, should come up to you. She has been working in the company for over a year and performs her duties with high quality. At first she was very passionate and often came even earlier to work. And lately you have begun to notice that she is late almost every day. In general, you could close your eyes to this, but there are corporate rules, the implementation of which is required first of all from you. A couple of times she was remarked that she should still come on time, if only because it is spelled out in the employment contract. You have warned that you will fill out everything in writing and draw up memos about her delays. Today is January 14th: It's been two months since you made your comment. Then the employee agreed with you and promised that the situation would change. But everything remained the same. For today's conversation, you have collected data on her delays (table 1). In addition, you planned to raise her up the career ladder, but now you are thinking whether you should do it.
