Facts

Mantle drove to Mason's house Mantle gave Jughead Jones $500 and sent him into Mason's house to purchase 10 pills. Jones did so and gave the baggie to Mantle. Mantle was then going to give Jones a pill and Jones would give Mantle $10 or $20 as partial payment.
The police had received a tip from a proven reliable source that Mantle and Jones had been purchasing hydromorphone. The police officers drove to Mantle's residence, and they waited for Mantle and Jones.
Mantle returned to his residence. The police arrested Jones upon exiting the vehicle. When Mantle saw the police, he ran away from the police but was stopped and arrested. Mantle had a half-full pill of hydromorphone on his person. The police found a baggie containing 10 pills near the driver's side door where Mantle had initially stopped the vehicle.
