Contributing to a Management Training Manual
We are an Employee Relations Specialist in the HR department of XYZ Corporation. The Director of Human Resources, Jacob Wickham, asks for our help in developing a comprehensive training manual for new managers entering the company. The manual will include a series of trainings and will cover a wide range of managerial topics, and we have been assigned to create entire section titled Managerial Problem Solving & Decision Making and Employee Motivation.
We will use the presentation template that Jacob created to ensure the sections are consistent for the entire manual. Our section will be further divided into two parts, with the first part focusing on managerial problem solving and decision making (to be completed and submitted this week) and the second part on employee motivation. Keep in mind that this training will be presented to an audience of employees who have recently begun management positions with the company, and it is possible that they are entering these positions with minimal managerial experience.
