Contributing to a Management Training Manual
We are playing the role of an Employee Relations Specialist in the HR department of XYZ Corporation. The Director of Human Resources, Jacob Wickham, has asked for your help in developing a comprehensive training manual for new managers entering the company.
Keep in mind that this training will be presented to an audience of employees who have recently begun management positions with the company, and it is possible that they are entering these positions with minimal managerial experience.
