Assignment:

Contribute to health and safety risk management in a real or simulated workplace by:

1. Identifying at least two different hazards and contributing to controlling the risks associated with those hazards and evaluating the effectiveness of the risk controls once implemented.
2. You must develop a risk assessment plan, help select appropriate risk controls and develop and implement monitoring plans for the risk controls.

For each plan clearly state the:

• identified hazards, risk assessments and risk controls
• health and safety duty holders and their duties
• identify and explain the information and data you are using
• how you contributed to the selection and application of techniques, tools and processes for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control
• the required documentation processes
• the planned strategies for communicating with different people about requirements, controls, implementation, monitoring and compliance
