INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENT:

• Marks will be awarded for the content written in your own words
• All the tasks will be evaluated through viva. Students absent for viva will be awarded zero marks for the assignment.
• Report must be uploaded on Moodle on or before the date of submission.
Task 1:
Submit a work proposal for this assignment on or before the above mentioned date, which must include:
• Understanding of deliverables - detailed description of deliverables
• General overview of proposed plan with initial understanding and solution
• Resources identified
• Time schedules
The work proposal must be submitted in a word file through the link available on Moodle.
Task 2:
In a recent trend, the communication system has been diversified in different forms as the process of generating and sharing thoughts, information, opinions, facts, etc. among the people. The communication system provides a continuous process and it coordinates the human and physical elements of an organization to run its day to day operations smoothly and efficiently. The key elements involved in the communication process are sender, receiver, and message. But the message is increasing day by day in different forms of data format based on organization needs. Over the past few years, organizations become increasingly reliant on their corporate email system as a means of business communication. At the same time, it needs to address its scalability to accommodate significant growth in the message transfer data.
Based on the communication challenges, recommend effective communication solutions by comparing Windows and Linux OS based email servers that would be helpful to implement and enforce that best suits for any organization as the business need.
The report should consider the following keys; Task 2.a:
• Comparative study report on Windows and Linux OS based email servers
• The report should include literature review of main features and published paper as references. (Please note: CU-Harvard system of referencing)
