Upon completion of the Required Readings, write a thorough, well-planned narrative answer to each of the following discussion questions. Rely on your Required Readings and the Lecture and Research Update for specific information to answer each discussion question, but turn to your original thoughts when asked to apply, evaluate, analyze, or synthesize the information. Discuss the Big Five personality model and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator considering the following issues. (25 points) (A 1½-page response is required.)

1. Compare and contrast the Big Five personality model with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, giving a detailed description of the five (5) components that comprise Big Five personality model and the four (4) components that comprise the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

2. Describe one (1) benefit and one (1) shortcoming of each of these two (2) personality measures.
