Leadership Report

You will write a 1500-word report about a successful business leader

Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg, Jeff Bezel. You will assess and analyse the leader in question and back up your discussion with evidence or data.

For instance, newspaper articles, academic articles and books, videos, various reports and interview transcripts. Ali definitions and discussions of leadership theories should be supported only by academic sources. You are expected to apply relevant theory and readings from the course to support their analysis & discussion.

• Compare and contrast different styles of leadership at the workplace.
• Apply research skills to collect and analyse information/data to support a persuasive argument.

Process:
• Write a 1500-word report on a leader who has guided a group or an organisation to success. The leader should be organisational (e.g., Beth Ford (CEO), Mark Zuckerberg (CEO), Jeff Bezos (CEO), Lourdes Ashley Hunter (National Director), Dr Lisa Su (CEO), Sir Harpal Kumar (Head)]

• Assess and analyse the styles and strategies used by the leader in question and back up your discussion with evidence, or data For instance, you can use newspaper articles, academic articles and books, videos, various reports interview transcripts.
