Every experience as a change management contributor or contractor allows new information and experiences. Using this information and experience in future endeavors provides new insight for the next projects to come in the future. The most important part of the process that will continue to be used is the guiding coalition. Having a group of individuals that know the company best and have influence over their peers is an essential part of the process if any type of success is expected. A new process that will be started though is to use this guiding coalition to poll the employees. Understanding their viewpoint in the moment of change will likely be crucial to the outcome of the project. While there is no one item that seemingly needs to be completely removed, moving forward on projects such as these, there will not be a situation that only looks at one potential buyer. The field needs to be broad so that the company looking to be acquired understands the options it has available. Closing off the opportunity to other buyers seems to limit the potential positive outcomes.
