It is absolutely imperative that you support your legal arguments with authorities. If you do not, then even if you have the correct answer, it is likely you will fail the assignment. Please don't make me do that. Here are the questions: Transaction 1 George, an antiques dealer, had a brooch on sale in his store. The price tag attached to the brooch read "7500.00"George, however, had notoriously bad handwriting. Belle was window shopping in the antique store, and she saw the brooch. She loved it.However because George's handwriting was so poor, she thought the price was $500.She took the brooch to the counter where an assistant, Allison, looked at the tag.She also thought the tag read $500.She wrote out an invoice for $500, which Belle paid. The next day, George contacted Belle to seek either the return of the brooch (for a refund) or the $7000 balance.Belle refused, and George threatened to sue. Transaction 2 Belle was now aware that she had substantially underpaid for the brooch, and that she may be sued. She decided to get rid of the brooch. She contacted her son Stephen, and told him how terribly poverty stricken she was.Belle told Stephen that if he loved her at all, he would buy the brooch from her.She told him it was an old family heirloom, and that she could not bear to let it leave the family.Eventually Stephen agreed to buy the brooch for $2500. Transaction 3 Stephen, of course, had no need for a brooch. He promised to give the brooch to his daughter, Katie. She was delighted, and immediately spent $400 to have a felt-lined maple display box made for the brooch. In the meanwhile Stephen learned that the brooch was not an heirloom at all, and that it was worth much more than $2500.He had agreed to sell the brooch back to George for $4000. Questions- you must use Queensland legislations . Was the contract of sale from George to Belle valid? Was the contract of sale from Belle to Stephen valid? Was the promise by Stephen to give the brooch to Katie enforceable? Was the contract of sale from Stephen to George valid?
