Story for this week start with Chen Xin, to its author Wang Anyi, a member of the Communist party. Chen Xin, who worked in small northern villages for 10 years, Left Shanghai during the Communist revolution. Chen Xin, struggles due to the new fast, paced Shanghai, living his life trying to find his "destination" to his new future as he drew it in his mind after all these arduous years of instability. However, he collided with the unexpected and not dazzling reality of his government's dealing with young people full of hope and positivity in way that disappoints them. At the beginning of the destination, Chen Xin arriving at Shanghai, full of energy with others of the same age.They excitedly plan to build their future after all these years of hardship. Chen Xin was assigned to a teaching gig during the cultural revolution, demanded only that one brother can work in the city by his government. Chen Xin, when he comes back to find the city much more different than when he had left it, he cannot stand the living situation. Everything about his city seems unfamiliar and different, now extremely crowded and over populated. At the end, he loses his hope and decided to leave on a train to find his real destination, which he had always dreamed of this moment to come true.

"The Problem of Newborn Piglets in Winter"

The government is more concern about protecting piglets than they are about killing children due to China's population restriction. The temperature is dropping at winter and piglets are dying, which creating a food shortage and economic crisis. In my opinion, this story really is not about piglets, it's about the restriction that government plays on communism. Those government only making fun of not important attention, which only making on the piglets, as there is much bigger problems which mainly compulsive birth control.

Do you think that government have the right to force citizens to contraceptive birth control for purpose related to their policy?
