You are the manager of an assembly plant putting together electric motors for use in toys and models. Your foreman recently came to you to report that several of his female workers have complained that a fellow worker (male) has been harassing them by continually watching them and staring at them as they work. You have investigated these complaints and, whilst the man concerned denies the allegations vehemently, you feel there is some substance to the allegation. The women in the section concerned have threatened to refuse to work with the man, unless something is done. What should you do?
