For this assignment use the CapraTek: Workplace Discrimination multimedia case (linked in Resources) to analyze and assess a workplace incident that occurred at CapraTek® and the company's organizational environment and HR policies and procedures that may have contributed to the situation. Then, apply tort theory to the incident to restructure CapraTek's HRM policies and procedures to better protect the organization and its employees.
