Ideology is defined as a manner or the content of thinking characteristic of an individual, group, or culture (Ideology, n.d).

You and a co-worker, while on a lunch break, begin discussing health policies. You begin to discuss a particular one (this is one of your choosing - it must be health-care related). As the discussion progresses, it is clear that you and he have quite different thoughts on it. For this question, you will present both sides of the argument. First, identify the policy/law. Then present your views on this policy/law. Is it fair? Is it still relevant? Did it address the problem? What are some examples to support your views? Add any additional information that expresses your thoughts on it. Then provide the same points from your co-worker.
