HR Metrics: The PHR and SPHR study guide reviews HR metrics in each chapter correlating with one of the five functional areas of the PHR/SPHR exam (for example, strategic management, workforce planning and employment). In each chapter, particularly applicable business impact measures and tactical accountability measures are identified and explained.
