These are also called socialnetworking tools. You have to list and elaborate the use of eachand every tool in business as well inter-personalcommunication.

Definition of Web 2.0: The term "Web 2.0" iscommonly associated with web development and web design whichfacilitate interactive information sharing, interoperability,user-centered design and collaboration on the World Wide Web.Examples of Web 2.0 include web-based communities, hosted services,web applications, social-networking sites, video-sharing sites,wikis, blogs, mashups and folksonomies.

Objective:

This project is a research based activity that aims to providestudents with an opportunity to explore the contemporary trends innew business communication environment.
