As part of an IT analyst team, you have been asked to work together to create a workable flowchart (diagram) of the flow of patient data to use as a reference for data governance concerns. In anticipation of a possible breach or infection spike, this flowchart will help you track the data and analyze the clues to address the issue. Individually, research a health care data system found in an in-patient hospital and physician practice. Outline the flow of data to share with your group members. Post this early in the week (preferably by Wednesday) so you have time to discuss and decide. As a group, discuss and select one workflow example that your group will develop.
