During family visits, he makes an estimate for many of the parents who are smokers. These families have young children, established the harm of secondhand smoke on the health of infants and children within their assigned family cases.

Including safety in schools and the risk of water contamination and in addition to the smoking problem that she had identified earlier in her visits to families.
