During the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for almost all non-COVID healthcare has fallen dramatically. To help stimulate demand, one strategy that healthcare organizations can take is to lower the out-of-pocket price that consumer pay for healthcare services. Do you think this strategy will be effective for all healthcare services though?

Specifically,
