This whole course has been built around the Consumer Decision Process (CDP) which is a set of steps or stages that consumers go through in deciding they need a product, acquiring that product, using it and disposing of it. Why are we as marketers interested in this process and how can knowledge of this process help us to satisfy customers? Provide some examples.

Technology has significantly changed the way consumers behave in the various stages of the CDP as they employ the process to meet their needs and satisfy their wants. Select two stages of the CDP and explain how technology has changed consumer behavior and what marketers can do with this knowledge to improve the chances that consumers will select their products and be satisfied with their choices.

Involvement is a construct that describes how "in to" various aspects of purchases (i.e. products, advertisements, shopping, etc.) consumers are. How does involvement with the purchase of a product change what marketers need to do to persuade consumers to purchase their product (hint: central vs. peripheral)?

Culture tends to greatly affect when we buy, what we buy and how we use products. Name a culture of which you are a part and give some examples of products that are associated with that culture.
