The organization is having some challenges with team building, trust, and communication. You have been asked to give a presentation to the management team that includes strategies to develop better information sharing, build trust between team members, and increase coordination and productivity of projects. Your presentation will include a minimum of 7 slides. Your slides should be graphic in nature with minimum words. Your content will be in the speaker’s notes section below the slides. Speakers notes: complete some internet research to determine the best software applications or products that can assist the organization with knowledge- sharing and communication. You can choose any combination of enterprise software, telecommunications software, or social media platforms ( 100 ) Slide 7 : slide – bullet points or images. Speakers notes: summarize your plan, including timelines for implementation.
