You will take on the role of a consultant and develop a conflict management training for a teams-based organization (real or fictitious). Create 8 slides include notes and you can choose to use one or more content elements (conflict types, communication techniques for resolution, intervention for dysfunctional behavior, collaboration, and forgiveness). What conflict-related topic(s) will be most useful? What is your goal for the training (awareness, increased understanding, skills development, etc.)? Will participants listen only or be active learners? If active learners, you would include a description of any discussions or activities. Create a slide deck for the training with presentation notes. This allows you to present the content as the participants would see it on the slides. Using the notes sections, expand upon the content, indicating how you would explain it to the participants in a presentation of the training. The notes are written using the slides with the "add speaker notes option"; you do not need to record a training.
