In order to construct a well-written objective(s) you first need to determine the application.

If it is a learning objective it should outline the knowledge, skill or attitude the learners will gain from the provided education in a measurable way.

Whereas, a professional objective often use the S.M.A.R.T. mnemonic (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-framed) to construct an objective(s) which incorporates a strong trait with a skill or skills that is also measurable when the objective is performed or carried out.
