Construct a presentation for senior members within your organization to revise the total compensation programs. Consider another organization (it could be your own) and their current compensation plan. Must include a minimum of three scholarly journals, which may provide some insights into all that is included in a compensation package. For example, the research could include what the employer or employee pays for. Along with your recommendations, provide the reason behind your decision based on the literature. The presentation must address efforts to achieve pay equity within the organization. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references.
