Construct a hierarchy of anxiety-provoking situations.

List several situations that commonly create anxiety

Suggest a hierarchy of these situations that could be used in systematic desensitization by pairing the items with relaxation. Prioritize them in an ordered sequence of no more than 6 to 10 items.

Consider, how would such a prioritized list be used in systematic desensitization to help someone overcome these fears.
