She asks each person if he or she thinks that the current level of defense spending should be increased, remain the same, or be decreased.

I included the questions and directions, the name of the book is on the bottom. 4.18 doesn't need to be done and it's ok to leave the questions in or out. Whatever looks nice. Thanks.
