Capstone Project - Company Proposal

Mission and Vision.

The capstone project is "Strategic Business Analysis: Developing a Plan for Growth." It requires you to assess an organization''s business strategy, leadership system, global prospects, code of conduct, and profitable growth opportunities with an ethical emphasis.

The capstone project requires you to construct a detailed and well-thought-out analysis of a real-world business employing many of the business theories, concepts, and relevant strategic analysis tools studied in the MBA program.

1.Research information about your selected organization which is ASDA company.

Write a summary that includes the following:

a. Company background

b. Mission and vision statements

c. In M1D1 (see the attachment , you critiqued the mission and vision statements of three companies. In this analysis of your company, critique the mission and vision and if appropriate revise the statements to better reflect the company.
d. Description of the business
e. Products or services, or both
f. Business location

2.The summary should be 3-4 pages in length (excluding title, abstract, and reference pages).

3.Support your statements with at least two peer-reviewed resources. Cite your sources in APA format.
