Question

Your body from childhood until your thirties id constantly making bone faster then breaking it down. after you are 30 the building process slows down and the break down process speeds up. this slowing down can cause osteoporosis. Over 2 million bones are broken due to osteoporosis. one in two females and one in four males will have osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the weakening of the bones which lose mass and become more fragile. Scoliosis is the irregular curvature of the spine whether it is C shaped or S shaped. While scoliosis is not always explained osteoporosis can also cause scoliosis. osteoporosis can also cause hyperkyphosis which is the forward curvature of the spine. This occurs because the bones in your spine (vertebrae) begin to break down so far the the point that they collapse. this is considered a spinal fracture. the fracture can cause pain, loss of height and the forward curve of the spine. while there are different forms of treatment the best is to mix three together. this would be taking medications and changing diet to help strengthen bones, physical therapy to help strengthen the muscles around the spine to correct posture and finally surgery to help place.
